2023 CSPA Gold Circle Awards: Walsworth Schools Win First Place in 13 Categories

Students at Walsworth Yearbooks schools won first place in 13 of the 38 awarded scholastic yearbook categories when Columbia Scholastic Press Association announced the 2023 winners of its annual Gold Circle Awards Saturday.

CSPA Gold Circles honor outstanding work by student journalists in both print and online media. They compete within 39 different categories (one of which did not have awards this year, making the total 38 categories). Aledo High School, Kiski Area High School and Legacy High School have a three way tie for the most first place awards with three each.

The first-place winners from Walsworth Yearbooks schools included:
