Walsworth Yearbooks schools take 17 of 39 top prizes in 2020 CSPA Gold Circle Awards

Students from Walsworth Yearbooks schools won first place prizes in 17 of the 39 scholastic yearbook categories when the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) announced the winners of its annual Gold Circle Awards on Thursday.

Each year, the CSPA Gold Circles honor superior work by student journalists in both print and online media. The Lair from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School led the way with four first place finishes.

The first-place winners from Walsworth Yearbooks schools included:
