Two Walsworth yearbooks make list of 2009 ACP Pacemaker Finalists

Kansas City, Mo. (March 29, 2010) – Two yearbooks published by Walsworth – Cactus, from the University of Texas, and Griffon, from Missouri Western State University – were among the list of 2009 Pacemaker Finalists honored by the Associated Collegiate Press.
Each year, the ACP’s Pacemaker is considered one of the highest honors in student journalism. Judges rank the yearbooks on thorough coverage and content, sophisticated design, exemplary writing and editing and outstanding photography.
Winners of the 2009 ACP Pacemaker contest will be announced at the ACP/CMA Fall National College Media Convention, which will be held in Louisville, Ky., Oct. 27-31.
