National Yearbook Week is Here!

Written by Ciara Pemberton

It’s officially the first week of October, which can only mean one thing: National Yearbook Week is finally here! We couldn’t be more excited to kick off the week-long celebration of all things yearbook from Monday, Oct. 2 to Friday, Oct. 6 and shine a spotlight on the incredible work that our talented students and advisers put in all year long.

Walsworth invites you to join us in recognizing your hard work and achievements while also taking the opportunity to boost yearbook sales within your school community. Don’t forget to show us how you’re celebrating each day this week by participating in our Social Media Scavenger Hunt – read below for more details.

Why National Yearbook Week Matters

While we believe yearbook should be celebrated year-round, National Yearbook Week is the official time to recognize the importance of yearbooks and all that you do to preserve your school’s history, traditions and the moments unique to this year. This week also serves as the perfect opportunity to promote the amazing publication you’ve been working so hard on this year.

With all the celebrations this week, there is sure to be a buzz around the yearbook that will get your school community talking and encourage students and parents to purchase their copy. Take advantage of this special week and the excitement surrounding yearbook to promote your book and boost sales.
