Yearbook Snap makes crowdsourcing yearbook photos a breeze

Written by Alec Aguirre

Spread the word to your school community that you want their photos! Then, when parents and students start uploading their photos with Yearbook Snap, watch your coverage creativity go wild.

Yearbook Snap, Walsworth’s mobile app, makes your crowdsourcing efforts easier than ever. Students, parents and others in your school community can take photos and quickly submit them during events, in school or anywhere students happen to be.

With Yearbook Snap, your coverage options are endless. You have more photos, plus the photos come from the student or parent perspective so you are telling their unique stories. Because it’s easy to submit photos, you also have more engagement with your school community, which will help sell more yearbooks.

It’s simple to set up and even easier to promote.

  1. Log in to your Yearbook 360 account at www.walsworthyearbooks.com.
  2. Turn on Yearbook Snap and set up your school’s access code.
  3. Tell students and parents the app is available and provide the access code using these new editable PDFs and social media graphics on the Marketing Page.

It’s a snap for parents and students to use.

Students and parents can download the free app from the App Store or Google Play. They will enter their school, enter your code and follow the directions to upload their photos. The web-based version can be found at yearbookforever.com, the same website where everyone can purchase yearbooks and ads.
