President’s Collection

In the colophon, editor Camille McNairy wrote that with the 2018 Odyssey the staff wanted to “move away from minimalism.” Mission accomplished there. Every page you turned to in the Odyssey featured something to look at – hand-drawn doodles, scribbles, circles, highlights – almost as if someone went through and marked up the book. It all adds up to a beautiful book you can’t take your eyes off. The traditionally organized coverage doesn’t just stick to traditional stories, embracing pieces that made University High unique, like all the different languages students spoke.
