Check out Walsworth’s National Yearbook Week page!

Written by Marketing Staff

For more than 20 years, National Yearbook Week has been celebrated on this week in October. This year, we want to make sure everyone is in on the party.

In 1987, President Ronald Reagan declared that the week of Oct. 4-11 would be National Yearbook Week as a way to honor everything that yearbooks do for schools and students, and preserving the historical record.

Well, all of us at Walsworth obviously think National Yearbook Week is pretty cool, and we want to spread the word. We believe yearbooks have special, intrinsic value and are the best way for students to preserve their school memories for years to come.

It’s also why we’re going to have special content all week right here in the Idea File blog – in honor of National Yearbook Week. So keep checking back!

Walsworth’s National Yearbook Week page is now up and running. Take a look, and while you are there you can become a Fan of the new Walsworth Yearbooks Fan Page on Facebook.

As part of National Yearbook Week, Walsworth made Thursday, Oct. 8 Talk Like Yearbook Day!
