Caught Our Eye

Take It All In. This spread could be a poster on modular design. The multiple layers of coverage on this spread allow for almost 20 students to be featured by name. With so many entry points, it could be easy for the viewer to get overwhelmed, but the Genesis staff’s understanding of hierarchy and intentional use of color ensures the eye knows where to land first and go next. A particularly effective detail is the use of small, extra facts about certain photos that are sprinkled throughout the book, each tied together by the arrow graphic introduced on the cover. This recurring visual element adds cohesion while rewarding attentive readers as they move through the pages.
