Caught Our Eye

Graphic design dream. The large eye-catching, multi-layered showstopper spread was the first spread of four dedicated to the musical, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, a popular choice for high schools in 2024-2025. This magazine-style coverage offered a spread with a full story showcasing additional photos and captions, another featured quotes and headshots of cast and crew members and finally, an excellent photo of the light crew spanned the last two pages. The mini-mag was tied together creatively with the huge “AFTER HOURS” headline and the green and white colors. It should be noted that this type of coverage was plentiful in this bar-setting publication. A Friday Night Lights mini-magazine spanned 12 pages, featuring all aspects of the weekly fall spectacle from marching band to football, cheerleading and fan shenanigans. Homecoming Spirit Week was covered with six spreads recording memories of crownings, Spirit Days, the dance team and class competitions. Encore!
