My Story
I’m a Walsworth Yearbooks representative in Houston and a former high school educator who believes in the power of storytelling to shape memories, build connection and inspire pride. After spending years in the classroom, I understand the influence educators and students have in preserving the moments that define a school’s culture.
In addition to my work in education, I’m a freelance sports photographer. I’ve contributed to USA TODAY Sports Images and served as a contract photographer for Rice University, Texas A&M, the University of Houston, the University of Oklahoma and the University of Florida. My work has been featured by the NFL, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, NBC, ABC, USA TODAY and Good Morning America. Whether I’m on the sidelines of a championship game or working alongside yearbook staffs, I’m passionate about capturing authentic moments and empowering students to tell their own stories with creativity, intention and heart.
Hear What People Are Saying
John Glaser has been an outstanding first-year rep for us, always looking ahead, anticipating challenges and solving problems before they become obstacles. John’s dedication to excellence, and his availability and willingness to work long hours directly with my students — including taking incredible game photos — has truly elevated our yearbook program!

I also want to give a special shout-out to John. Since stepping into his new role, he’s been fantastic, knowledgeable, kind, and quick to understand what we need. His support has made a real difference and helped keep everything running smoothly. We genuinely value our partnership with Walsworth and appreciate the consistently high standards they bring to every project.

Walsworth appears to have an uncanny way of finding ideal yearbook representatives. Honestly, my staff and I had grown so close to our first Walsworth yearbook specialist that we were unsure about how well we would gel with the “new guy.” But, the very first meeting with Mr. John Glaser relieved all our concerns. We were thrilled to discover that Mr. Glaser was just as qualified, personable and caring as our previous representative. It only helped that his super power is photojournalism, which has been one of the highlights we’ve enjoyed in working with him. My staff has commented on how much fun it’s been to have Mr. Glaser on board and his support continues to prove that selecting Walsworth was the right choice.
