At this summer’s Adviser Academy, Walsworth’s Aimee Parsons and Jenica Hallman, CJE, presented the session Selling Your Yearbook in a Digital World to help yearbook staffs expand their digital marketing presence during these times of pandemic and working from home.

Topics covered during this session include:

  • Setting up social media channels
  • Creating a digital marketing plan and calendar
  • Online marketing tools that will help your cause (Animoto, Canva, etc.)

About the hosts

Aimee Parsons is a Campaigns and Promotions Supervisor in the Marketing Department for Walsworth Yearbooks. She has worked in the yearbook industry for more than 10 years. She loves showing yearbook marketing and sales ideas to new advisers and helping them build a successful program.

Jenica Hallman, CJE, is a Copywriter for Walsworth Yearbooks and the Editor of Idea File magazine. Yearbooks got into her blood in high school, and she has been pursuing them ever since. She has worked in various capacities as a high school and college yearbook editor, an adviser, sales representative, plant customer service representative and now in marketing, her favorite role to date.
