Caught Our Eye

We’ve all been there. We’ve dropped our phone and for a few horrifying moments, we hoped and prayed the screen didn’t crack. We all also know someone at our school who has a cracked screen and maybe a good story to go with it. The Excalibur staff collected stories from students in their K-12 school and along with informal portraits of the students, the cracked phones were photographed and included with the story of how the phone was broken. Just because something happens often to many students doesn’t mean it can’t be a good topic for a yearbook spread.
