We got to see a little bit of everything this year in the 2013 Video Contest. There were raps, wacky jokes, creative commercial spoofs and even a few movie takeoffs.
It’s time to crown the four winners of this year’s contest, who will each win a $250 Visa gift card to be used for a makeover for their yearbook room! In addition, one school was named Honorable Mention.
Our latest entry in the 2013 Video Contest comes from the yearbook staff at Watertown High School in Watertown, Tenn.
Watertown’s spoof video goes the “scary” route and shows you how dangerous it can be when you don’t buy the yearbook.
With their entry in Walsworth’s 2013 Video Contest, the yearbook staff from Manteo High School in Manteo, N.C., used their theme for this year’s book.
That theme is “The Little Things” as the book focuses on capturing all the little things happening throughout this school year, and the staff created a video to capture that idea, which you can see below.
The yearbook staff from Bloom High School in Chicago Heights, Ill., created a parody of the popular “Most Interesting Man in the World” commercials for their entry in Walsworth’s 2013 Video Contest.
That’s right – the most interesting yearbook man is at Bloom High, promoting sales of the book. Outstanding beard!
In their entry for Walsworth’s 2013 Video Contest, the yearbook staff from Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs, Fla., showed just how magical their yearbook is. Take a look below.
