After you submit a parent list (name, grade and email), the program manages all aspects of the campaign: content creation, scheduling, sending and reporting. Each message includes strong visuals and a clear call to action linking directly to your online store at yearbookforever.com.

Your Data is Protected

Parent and student information remains the property of the school. Data is used only for yearbook-related emails and is never sold, leased or shared for unrelated purposes. All lists are encrypted during transfer and storage, housed on secure servers and accessible only to authorized personnel and the contracted email provider, solely for the purpose of delivering PEP campaigns.

The program complies with all major student data privacy laws, including FERPA, SOPIPA, COPPA, CCPA, GDPR and applicable state regulations. Privacy-by-design practices are built into the process and parents can unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
