Several talented staffers make the yearbook work at Decatur High

A successful yearbook staff needs hard-working students working together with a sense of teamwork, and editors providing strong leadership.

Adviser Maureen Brittingham from Stephen Decatur High School in Berlin, Md., recently got the chance to write about the structure of her yearbook staff at Decatur for the local newspaper.

This article does a great job of outlining the roles of each editor and how they fit into the yearbook team. If you’re a new adviser, this could be a good blueprint for putting together your staff.
