Come Say Hello at Our JEA/NSPA Convention Booth

Written by Jenica Hallman, CJE

If you are one of the lucky students and advisers packing their bags for the JEA/NSPA National High School Journalism Convention in Los Angeles April 7-9, you might be planning your itinerary already.

The City of Angels has countless attractions – In-N-Out Burger, Disneyland, the TCL Chinese Theater, beautiful beaches and the Hollywood sign to name a few – but the one attraction you won’t want to miss is the Walsworth Yearbooks booth.

For yearbook lovers, our booth will be an oasis. You’ll be able to get your fill of all things yearbook. Here’s just a small sampling of what our booth will have to offer this week:

  • Peruse our library of yearbooks, including our President’s Collection of award-winning yearbooks.
  • Schedule a time for a yearbook chat with Jim Jordan.
  • Come see Mike Taylor, CJE, and our team to talk about the latest trends in yearbook.
  • Create videos in our three TikTok booths.
  • Be inspired by our latest volume of Possibilities.
  • Pick up a Starbucks gift card if you are an adviser.
  • Collect our stickers and other swag.
  • Play games and hang out with friends.
  • Take pictures at our photo booth with our props.

The spring convention promises exciting opportunities to expand your skills and your network. We hope you will take time to stop by and say hello.
