A.C. Davis staff makes big splash with Latino Marketing efforts

Written by Marketing Staff

A.C. Davis High School in Yakima, Wash., used an aggressive two-week marketing blitz with Walsworth’s Latino Marketing materials to generate 78 new yearbook sales over a 3-day period.

Adviser Cindy Hunter and her staff took advantage of a variety of Latino Marketing during the school’s conference week.

Latino-MarketingBilingual fliers were sent to parents and posted all over the school. A bilingual All-Call went out to homes on the Sunday prior to conference week, and parents also received emails promoting the yearbook.

During the week of conferences, the staff set up a yearbook kiosk Wednesday through Friday and drew attention to the table by using a bilingual banner and blowing up an image of their yearbook cover and placing it on an easel.

All their concentrated efforts in a short period of time paid off, resulting in over 75 additional yearbooks sold over three days!
