Try Speedy and Simple Submission This Year

Written by Marketing Staff

Simpler navigation, better organization and more communication – that is what Yearbook Connect users will appreciate in Walsworth’s internet-based proofing and submission system. For this school year, Yearbook Connect will have features that will impress both new and returning customers.

Registration is a simple process. Customers sign up for the program by calling their yearbook representative, who must get the account activated. Yearbook Connect is accessed through the Members Only area of walsworthyearbooks.com. Customers will receive a user name and password in the mail to enter Members Only. If you choose to change this user name and password, it takes only about 30 minutes to update and allow entry into Yearbook Connect. Once the account is active, customers are directed straight to Yearbook Connect. If the account is not yet available, advisers will be sent to a page that gives an overview of the program.

Yearbook Connect has an intuitive interface, making it easier to navigate. Organization is tidy, too. For example, each school will have a history log that will allow advisers to view transaction dates, files and notification that files were successfully uploaded. And to keep customers informed, advisers receive an email confirmation that their submitted file was received by the plant.

There are four parts of Yearbook Connect – Cover Connect, Page Connect, Image Connect, and eZProof Connect. These components allow you to view your cover design, endsheets, pages, and proofs and approve them online. With Image Connect, just send Walsworth your photos and we will scan them and post them online, taking care of your filing and storage needs.

Yearbook Connect puts technology and the internet to work for you while saving you time and shipping costs. To see a demonstration, call your yearbook representative
