Welcome to the new School Store

Walsworth Yearbooks is happy to announce a new School Store experience for you and your community.
Beginning today, you will see a new interface along with new features to make purchasing yearbooks and ads online easier at yearbookforever.com. To help you take advantage of the new School Store, we have prepared a short instructional video. In this video, you will see:
- New options for customizing your store, including store colors and online coupon codes
- The look and feel of the new version of Walsworth’s School Store
- How store colors and coupon codes impact the experience for your customers
- How to resume an order via email or web cookies
- The new ad experience, including a fully HTML Ad Editor when buyers design their own ads
- Coupon code reporting, including number of times used and financial impact
While this video only details the desktop experience, buyers will also be able to purchase yearbooks and ads easily on mobile devices, including tablets and phones.
New website banner codes
With the new School Store, we also have created a new set of website banners. These banners can be placed on your school’s website to create awareness and drive parents and students to your School Store with one click.
Here’s an example of what the new banners look like.
School Store banner codes must be updated
It is important to update the banner codes used on your school’s website previously. If your school’s website has a “Buy a Yearbook,” “Buy an Ad,” “Buy a Yearbook or Ad” or “Submit Your Photos” banner, please follow these steps immediately:
- Log in to your Members Only account.
- Click on the Website Banners button on the left side of the page.
- Select your banner message and if you want the banner to read “Click Here:”
- Buy a Yearbook
- Buy a Yearbook or Ad
- Buy an Ad
- Upload Your Photos (Community Upload/Yearbook Snap)
- Select your banner size:
- 125×125
- 300×250
- 160×600
- 728×90
- Copy the HTML code for your selected banner and paste it into an email to send to the person who will add or update the banner on the school website.
