Walsworth yearbooks chosen Crown Award finalists

Written by Evan Blackwell, CJE

After a weekend’s worth of judging, the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) revealed its list of Finalists for the 2010 Crown Awards today.

Annually considered one of the most prestigious honors that a yearbook can receive, nine 2009 yearbooks printed by Walsworth were named Finalists.

Congratulations to all the yearbook staffs who made the Crown list, and good luck in the final awards. The yearbooks will receive either Gold or Silver Crown awards in March. High school and middle school yearbooks will be honored at the CSPA’s Spring Convention on March 19 and college yearbooks will be honored at the College Media Convention on March 16.
