Written by Evan Blackwell, CJE

A hearty Yearbooks Blog congratulations to all the Walsworth schools who fared well over the weekend in the Pacemaker and Best of Show contests at the JEA/NSPA National High School Journalism Convention in Anaheim.

Four Walsworth yearbooks were among those that won NSPA Pacemaker awards, including the yearbooks from Arrowhead Christian Academy, Shawnee Mission Northwest High School, Shawnee Mission East High School and Liberty High School.

A total of 11 Walsworth yearbooks placed in the convention’s Best of Show contest. Del Campo High School and Shawnee Mission Northwest each placed first in their categories.
