Tampa Bay Times takes notice of Palm Harbor book, Yearbook 3D

Written by Evan Blackwell, CJE

Check out this article from the Tampa Bay Times, as the positive buzz just continues to grow around Walsworth’s new mobile app Yearbook 3D.

Times reporter Danielle Parquette visited Palm Harbor High School on yearbook distribution day when students got their first look at the book, which is making use of Yearbook 3D on the cover and images on the inside.

The cover of the 2013 Palm Harbor book triggers an animation when scanned with the free Yearbook 3D app. In addition, a image from prom on the inside of the book launches a video from prom when scanned.

“People are tweeting about it,” photo editor Katie Rodnite told the Times. “It makes the yearbook cool.”
