Our next 2014 Photo Contest winner comes in the Club or Organization category!

Congratulations to Patterson Wells from First Flight High School in Kill Devil Hills, N.C., who submitted a photo of a marching band member in action.

According to Wells, this band member was playing the flute during halftime of the “annual Marlin Bowl.”

Patterson wins a $100 Visa gift card and a pizza party for the yearbook staff at First Flight.

Winners were selected by a committee of judges based on the following criteria: quality of photo (25%), appropriateness to category (10%), photography rules followed (25%), creativity demonstrated (15%) and viral nature as determined by the number of Likes (25%) on Facebook.
