New Walsworth eBook shows how to keep busy once the yearbook is done

Written by Evan Blackwell, CJE

It’s a dilemma for many yearbook staffs every year. You work hard for months and frantically race to get all your pages submitted by the final deadline. And you make it!

Then, you realize there are still several weeks left in the school year. What’s next? How do you stay busy?

A new eBook from Walsworth Yearbooks now addresses this very issue. In Jim Jordan’s 40 Things to do After the Yearbook is Done, Jordan, the former award-winning adviser and now Walsworth Special Consultant, outlines more than 40 projects and activities that can be done as you wrap up the final weeks of the school year.

The work covered in this eBook ranges from various ways to celebrate the recently completed book, to working on student portfolios, to getting ready for next year’s book and much more.

Jordan relied on his 35 years of experience as yearbook adviser at Del Campo High School in Fair Oaks, California, to create the eBook; as well as crowdsourcing tips from his network of yearbook adviser friends on social media.
