Mini Fridge delivered to Washington-Liberty High School

Written by Evan Blackwell, CJE

Just in time for the holidays this month, the yearbook staff at Washington-Liberty High School in Arlington, Virginia, received their new mini fridge from Walsworth.

Washington-Liberty was one of two schools to win a fully-stocked mini fridge last month at the JEA/NSPA Fall National High School Journalism Convention in Washington, D.C., when Walsworth’s Mike Taylor, CJE, drew Devin Nemirow’s name.

Walsworth Yearbooks Rep Elena Nowak delivered the fridge and all the goodies, including popcorn, Twizzlers, Gatorade, Goldfish crackers and Pop Tarts. As you can see in the photo above, the yearbook staff was thrilled with the treats!

We hope you enjoy the mini-fridge, Washington-Liberty, and good luck with your yearbook deadlines!
