Miami yearbook staff gets new computers delivered

Written by Evan Blackwell, CJE

Another update on the fate of the yearbook staff at Palmetto Senior High School in Miami, who was the victim of a break-in and theft earlier this year.

Every computer, and essentially all of the staff’s work, was lost to the thieves. But now, new computers have been delivered.

Despite the difficult circumstances, it sounds like the Palmetto kids have gotten lots of help from their community through support and fund-raisers. Plus, they will have a pretty compelling story to tell in this year’s book.
