Get ready to make those yearbook pictures perfect with Thursday webinar

Written by Evan Blackwell, CJE

Our National Yearbook Week celebration will be heading into the final stretch on Thursday, but there is still some valuable learning to take place in our final webinar of the week on Picture Perfect Day!

Walsworth Yearbook Sales Representative Jill Chittum will be hosting the webinar on yearbook photography at 1 p.m. Central time.

Eye-catching photos will grab the readers’ attention and improve a yearbook spread. Learn what three things to look for when taking yearbook photos, and come prepared to ask questions about your camera. Chittum will cover storytelling photos, as well as how to control your camera to get the shot.

Before joining Walsworth, Chittum was the newspaper and yearbook adviser at Blue Valley High School in Stilwell, Kan. She also worked at the Wichita Eagle, Kansas’ largest newspaper, for five years before becoming an adviser.

There is no advance sign up, but you can attend Thursday’s webinar by visiting this link.
