Entry from Walsworth’s Boone High School places in NSPA Design of the Year contest

Boone high school spreadKansas City, Mo. (Nov. 15, 2010) – Erin Tachi from William R. Boone High School in Orlando, Fla., was chosen Honorable Mention in the Yearbook Page/Spread category of NSPA’s Design of the Year contest at the Fall National High School Journalism Convention in Kansas City.

Tachi’s spread on social networking from the Legend was one of six yearbook designs honored in the contest.

The spread was also featured in the latest edition of Possibilities, Walsworth’s annual idea book that showcases the finest work done each year by Walsworth yearbook staffs.
