Walsworth Names Winners of 2023 Yearbook Photo Contest

Written by Danielle Finch

We challenged schools to share the moments that captured this school year, and you took the challenge and ran with it for the 2023 Photo Contest. The images were striking, displayed technical mastery and evoked emotion. They captured the spirit of 2023, and we are thrilled to announce the winners of the 2023 Walsworth Photo Contest.

It was one of the most difficult photo contests we’ve ever had to judge. Not only did we have more photographs submitted than ever before – nearly 7,700! – but the quality astounded us. While each photo was impressive in its own right, these are the ones that our judges felt rose above the rest.

The 1st Place prize winners in each of the ten categories will receive a $250 Visa® gift card and a prize certificate. Honorable Mention winners in each category will also receive a prize certificate.

Winners were selected by a committee of judges based on the basic rules of photography, overall quality, and creativity/originality. You can view the winning photos this week in our 2023 Photo Contest gallery .
