John's abilities to resolve issues and keep yearbook production moving are assets as supervisor of Customer Service Support and Computer Support. He gained his knowledge as a Walsworth customer service representative, and as a yearbook adviser and a technology/computer network coordinator for a school district. No matter his position, John's goal has always been to provide a positive yearbook-production experience for advisers and students.
