I earned an associate's degree in Applied Science - Graphic Design from Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City, Mo. Then I worked as a graphic artist at the Columbia Daily Tribune in advertising and marketing. I enjoy drawing with charcoal and pencil. Many times I like to sketch out what I’m going to create before I start to get a visual on paper. I like still photography, taking stock images, and then manipulating them in Photoshop.
