
Wow! On Thursday the most hopping booth at the convention was the Walsworth booth. I made friends with other yearbookers as they checked out ideas in yearbooks from schools across the country.
There were these awesome huge bean bag chairs that I’m pretty sure I want to bring home with me. Not sure how I am going to get them on the plane with me but I will figure out a way.

You may barely be able to see me in this picture, but here I am standing outside the Oregon Convention Center just hours before the JEA/NSPA convention is to begin. I’m so excited!
I am looking forward to walking around the convention floor and visiting all of vendors who have come here to talk to people just like ME. I am also anxious to attend sessions that will teach me new and cool things to take home with me to use in our school’s yearbook.

So it’s Wednesday, April 14, and I had to get up reeaaallllyyy early to catch a 6:30 a.m. flight from Kansas City to Denver and then from Denver to Portland. But who cares? I was on my way to the JEA/NSPA convention!
It was pretty cool to think about the other yearbook students just like me who were doing the same thing. In fact, another yearbook staff was on my plane!
